The cumulative flow diagram is more focused on analyzing work in progress, and while it's essential for flow management, it does not emphasize the completed work in the same direct way as a burn-up chart. Gantt charts are commonly used in traditional project management and do not align well with the Agile principles of flexibility and iterative progress tracking. Thus, the
